What's your favorite color of horse?

I know it's all about temperment but if you had your choice, what color horse would you choose?

My favorite is a dapple grey. If I had a color choice, that would be it.

I prefer a dark charcoal dapple. The color with dark, defined smoky dapples and a dark charcoal mane and tail and possibly dorsal striping and dark legs.

That or a nice black that has dapples, like a Percheron. I'm a dapple lover which is fun as some non grey colors can have them such as black or palomino.

I love paints. Any color of paint, it doesn't matter. They are goergeous. I also love Appaloosas. I think it's the multi coloredness that I love. But I would take anything if it meant I could have a horse right now.

I have always preferred a completely black horse. I think they just look beautiful! Otherwise I would agree with you mistyriver, the grey is also nice!

I like some that are all pure (one color only), while some others do fancy me. I guess I just like a variety as long as they have character to them.

I've always thought paints were particularly attractive too. Or a beautiful blond horse. I don't know why, but I've never really liked all black horses. They seem a little evil.

I love all black horses. I think it is the most beautiful color because their muscles appear so well defined. For me a black horse epitomizes strength and grace.
