What is your favorite season or seasons?

I did not see the subject of seasons brought up specifically yet, so this thread will attempt to address that!

What is everyones favorite season, and why?

For myself, I think it is a tie between Spring and Fall.

While all seasons offer beautiful and wonderful things, Spring and Fall have the most balanced weather conditions most years.

What's your favorite season?

For me it would have to be fall. The weather turns cooler and drier and there is just a certain crispness in the air each morning. The trees turn a million different shades of orange and yellow - a beautiful time of year.

I love anything that is not too hot and not too cold. Right now tons of places are having odd weather. For me its raining outside right now with storms and high winds coming too, and in Atlanta its flooding. I hope our weather patterns settle down soon.

I'm a spring and autumn person myself, having never liked the heat much. I hate when there is just no way to cool down, and being fair I burn easily. Winter is pretty neat too as you can bundle up against the cold.

All seasons have their advantages, but my summer is off to a pretty bad start.

What happens when you mix 90-100+ degree days, with insufficient cooling in your home?

You can probably guess it involves an awful lot of sweating and discomfort.

Summer is definently my favorite season of the year. I eagerly and impatiently wait all through fall, winter and spring for the hot weather. I hate cold and snow.

I find beauty in all seasons as I love the foliage in fall, the falling snow in winter and the flowers in the summer - but springtime is my favorite. It has that starting over feeling with the new plants pushing up and the buds coming on the trees. All the beautiful shades of greens along with the first daffodils...and the temperature is usually nice.

I really love all seasons, but I think that Fall is my favorite. I love the beautiful colors of the leaves and the crisp crunchy sound of walking in them. I think that Winter would be my second favorite though, because I get as excited as my kids when that snow starts flying.(:

Summer is my favorite season because there isn't any school. I enjoy hearing the kids laughing and playing in the backyard and in the park. Its just so peaceful, at times
