What cartoons/shows for kids?

If you let your children watch tv, what shows/cartoons do they like to watch?
My 2 yr. old is not a big fan of tv, but there are a couple shows he will watch. One is Elmo's World on Sesame Street and the other is a show called Super Why.

My kids always loved Sesame Street when they were younger. They also like to watch Curious George and Bugs Bunny on Saturday mornings. Saturday morning cartoons just aren't what they used to be.

My girl likes anything with music and also the show called Geraldn McBoing Boing (he does not talk he only makes sounds and mimics things). Any type of music she is all for it.

My little guy likes treehouse TV. It's a Canadian channel that only plays kids shows geared to under 5. He doesn't watch much but his favorites are 4 Square, Wonderpets, and Toopee and Binoo. When either of these come on, he comes running up to me to tell me, then runs back to watch them.

I don't have a kid yet but my cousin is only more 2 years old. He loves Barney a lot. Even though he had watched it for so many times already, he never gets bored in watching it. Maybe he just loves purple.

Ugh, Barney makes me want to gag, lol. We watch alot of Qubo shows (think thats spelled right) as well as stuff on PBS. We went through a Wiggles craze as well as Dor the Explorer. Right now nothing is a clear favorite though.

My kids don't watch alot, and only videos (no commercials); but they do love the Little Einsteins! I love it because it introduces musical concepts in a subtle and fun way.

Little Einsteins is really rather an excellent show. There is another that we liked at first; Ni Hao Kailan. But the little one started to copy the bad behaviours rather than the good and so that was stopped-shame too as she was picking up rather a lot of Chinese from the show.

Oh, we LOVE Gerald McBoing Boing too, how funny!

PBS has a few new shows this season that are all focussed on reading and literacy skills, and they are great. They have Super Why and Word Girl, which are new. Between the Lions is an outstanding show that offers a great grounding in phonics. And Curious George and Cyber Chase focus on science and math skills. I love PBS.
