Vaulting

Has anyone ever gotten to try this? I always see an exhibition on it and think how much fun it would have been to get into. But they never really offered it anywhere where we lived.

I think it would be a little scary to try myself as I am no where near an expert. I love seeing the clips I have on TV and online though, Im sure it takes a good deal of practice to get it down just right.
