The Cleveland Bay

I was reading about the Cleveland Bay. Did you know that it is rated critical on the Rare Breeds Survival List? This breed also dates back to Medivieval UK.

I did not realize that Cleveland's were on the Rare Breed Survival List at all. I have seen a few in cross country events. They are beautiful horses and excellent jumpers.

Here is a pic of an award winning Cleveland Bay I found on the Cleveland Bay Horse Society of North America website. I think this is one of the most beautiful horses I have ever seen.

I think I heard about this a while ago but I wasnt quite sure if the Medivieval part fit in or not. Where did you find this out at so I can win back my money from a friend (it was a bet before).
