Snacks

The next time I go over to my aunts, I want to bring some snacks for the mini. Does anyone have some good ideas of what I could take?

A great snack for horses are the traditional apples and carrots. I would ask your aunt which foods she allows the horse to eat. If she is okay with sugar cubes I would go with those. Some pictures of the horse would be nice.

I know some people that will give a horse anything, some things are bad for them so be weary. Apples & carrots are a good choice, thats about 80% of the time the treats I give out to my own. Sometimes I spice it up and get a really nice grain for them too.

Carrots are a big favourite with Izzy, and my older miniature. Apples are ok, but for some reason they just aren't popular, where as Izzy would knock you over for a carrot.
