Size of Stables

Hi,

I have a question, I have seen some stables that are large and some that are small. But I am not sure which is the best for my horses? Should I go for the large stables?

Sometimes it looks tome that the larger the stables are, the more uneasy the horses are? I am not sure if this is true or not, it might be that the keepers differ alot?

Anyone else have the same feeling?

The size of the stable shouldn't matter as much as the care given. While a larger stable may need more staff, it doesn't mean they give different care than a small stable with less staff or only the owner. Sometimes larger stables have a different focus for their rids so the horses may be more high strung, which could appear as uneasy compared to a small stable with mostly trail horses.

I think if the stable can hold all nessesities for the horse (food and so on) along with the horse, all should be well. I have seen some small sized ones and tikitowel is right, if the care is there, not much more matters.

From what I've seen, the larger stables tend to house more race horse types. They are a little more high strung which can make the shole stable look that way. I bet the pleasure horses there are perfectly fine.
As said before, if there is proper food and care, all is well, no matter what size the stable.
