Reading anything good?

I'm always looking for recommendations for new books. I'm re-reading Cold Sassy Tree right now, a lovely book. I've also picked up some books by William Martin and re-reading them. He was a former editor of the New Yorker. He passed away in the late 90's when he was in his 90's himself. They Came Like Swallows is my favorite of his.

What are you reading?

I just finished a Sue Grafton book that was pretty good. Also, I discovered a new author (new to me anyway), Faye Kellerman. I recently read her book The Burnt House and it was great.

I have yet to go to my local book shop and pick out anything new. I will be trying to shoot down there this coming weekend so I may have to keep an eye out on those names!

Oh, I like Sue Grafton! If you like her, you may like Janet Evanovich as well. I also love Robert Parker, and Harlan Coben. They are similar to Grafton and Evanovich - detective novels.

I'm reading The Notebook right now. I just finished The Time Traveller's Wife, and it was excellent. Maybe the best book I've read ever. I can't recommend it enough. The Notebook seems pretty good so far, I'm about a quarter of the way through.
