Pony Club
Hi there! I am not actually a rider myself but I have a seven year old daughter who wants to ride. I had heard of the Pony Club and was thinking of sending her there.
Is she old enough? Would I have to buy a horse already? My fear is she would get bored of it. |

Most pony clubs cater to a vast range of ages. I imagine it would depend on how large the group nearest you is. You do not have to buy a horse although use of one is required at some events. Most clubs meet at a barn with lesson horses they can use though so it shouldn't be a big issue. if you are worried about her getting bored perhaps she isn't as interested in horses as you think. Thanks for the link. She is just at that age right now where she is very passionate about something for a few months and then it tapers off. I am trying to help her find something to stick at, but I also am not willing to force her.
