Picking up the Right Lead

I've been having problems with one of the horses I ride picking up the wrong lead constantly while being schooled. Any ways to help him pick up the correct lead?

What have you been trying so far if it has not been working? What if you are trying to help incorrectly and that's the mistake (not the horses)?

We've free lunged, lunged, long reined, and ridden under saddle as all our horses are well trained. We've had the vet out to check his spine as he really just seems to prefer the right lead no mater what direction he's moving. He's been worked equally and the only thing we've come up with is working more in the left direction to hopefully strengthen that side, but its slow to see if its helping.
