No name
When I was a kid we lived in the boonies and driving past one part of the back country road we lived on someone has a white spotted horse. We have no idea who owned it as from the road there was no mailbox or driveway, I just remember seeing it every day coming home on the school bus. I am sure 20 years have gone and the horse has passed but I still think about him from time to time.

I guess horses are like people we often see strangers over and over but never bother to ask their name. Years later we just go back and think about them. It seems like this is your case. Did you ever give the horse a name of your own. Like there's is this one guy that passes by my store everyday wearing a yellow sweatshirt rain or shine, so my co-workers and I gave him the name sunshine. Now everytime he passes we say, there goes sunshine!
