My horse is a fruitcake

I swear she dances (seriously!) around the paddock whenever my daughter puts her hip-hop music on. She doesn't behave oddly at all when I have my country or oldies on but she seems to like the beat of my daughter's music. I get such a kick out of watching her - it's a riot. Anyone else notice their horses having a musical preference?

I don't have a horse but my aunts is always being serenaded by her husband with classic rock. The horse comes and goes as she pleased and ends up visiting the uncle in his shop when he is working on a car or a boat and is now named shop-horse, and seems to be in a tad more perky mood with the music.

Maybe we are onto something here!

Ha! This is so funny! I have never heard of a horse responding in such a way to music. I guess I'm not too surprised as humans also have some sort of response to music as well.
