Moving My Horse

I have to move my horse to another stable, and I have never moved her myself. I bought her from someone at the stable she is at now, and haven't shown her, so she's never been moved.

Are there companies that you can hire a trailer from, or do you all own your own?

Once I was trying to help someone that wanted to move two hourses from the stable I use to a friends farm. I had never moved horses before, and so hadnt they. On top of that the owners of the stable were on leave and only the helpers at the stable.

it ended with that he called a company that moved horses for you. Yes it cost alittle more, but they were professional, knew what to do, how to lead the horses in, how to calm them. Quite nice to look at.

If I ever need to move my horse I will contact them for assistance, dont want to do that alone....

Knowing that there are companies that take care of this for you makes me feel a whole lot better. We are not ready to move yet but I can't see it not happening.
