Riding During Monthly
I was just wondering about something, some might think it's kind of silly, but sometimes my mind just thinks what it wants to.
I've not been riding much so I'm not sure about this. Is it ok to ride while you are on your monthly or is it better to wait until you are finished? |

I can't see why you wouldn't. One of the best parts about modern technology is the fact that it allows us to take care of feminine needs without changing our lifestyles. So long as you don't have cramping or other symptoms that could make riding difficult there's no reason to let it interrupt.

In the almost tow decades I've been riding I've never had that issue. For dogs it is almost always a matter of poor training and social skills if they sniff after people. Dogs have a great sense of smell and its our job to teach them when its not appropriate to use it: monthly issues, finding scraps in the trash, fetching dead animals, etc.
