Learning the Lingo

I think one of the biggest things for new riders is learning all the lingo. So many things in riding are called weird names instead of what you'd think they would be called and its important to know these terms to understand what an instructor or veterinarian is telling you. How did you learn the lingo? Or have you not learned it all yet?
