How well does your horse know you?

How well does your horse know you? My horse knows the sound of my car. She also knows when I am going to come see her, and I do not go at the same time each day. If I am far away on the property and she know it. She will come running to the closest part and wait until she sees me and follows my along the fince line.

Sounds like you are psychically connected! Frannie and I have a similar relationship. I love it when I show up when she's on the pasture and she's just there at the fence, waiting for me.

I am pretty sure my horse can sense if I am stressed out. She is super nurturing when I am about to fall apart. It is like she is telling me it's ok.

I do believe that most animals have a sense of their owners "moods". Horses are no different. I think they are sensitive to how you feel when you're riding as well. They can tell if you're nervous, stressed or afraid.
