As I understand it, depending on the places you go to, whether you show them a lot or if you live in a disease prone area, you either need them once or twice a year. I do not know what they need altogether though.

Are you asking for all breeds in general or a specific one? I think it does vary if your horse will be staying at only one place or the travel. Are you planning anything soon and trying to check up, or just random to make sure you have all your ducks in a row?
