With spring around the corner there is starting to be mud everywhere. Every year I struggle to get the mud out of everything, but most of all off the legs of the horses I've ridden. Does anyone have a good way to get rid of mud on their legs?

If it's warm enough, just rinse with warm water and dry with a towel. If it's cold out, I'd just use a brush to get off the loose stuff and not worry about the little bits.

We normally wait until it is dry and then brush it off. It comes off mostly, then once it is a warmer day we give baths.

I give my horse a good brushing when it's dry to get it off, but if it's really bad I put on the space heater and give her a mini bath to get off the mud. I make sure to throughly dry her so she won't be cold.
