Conditioner for mane and tail?
One of my mares seems to be having problems with dryness in her mane and her tail. Both horses have normally had very silky manes/tails but lately one has been feeling coarser and seems very dry and fly-away. Is there such a thing as a horse needing hair conditioner? Do they make horse hair conditioner?

They make conditioner, silicone sprays, detanglers, etc for horses. Are their hooves also changed in appearance? Sometimes dietary changes can bring about such things. In the meantime you can purchase a mane&tail conditioner from most tack/supply stores. Or just run over to any other store since they sell it for people use.
