Horse Racing Video Games

Does anyone happen to know of any horse racing or simulation type games for this kind of sport? I have some really old games, but that was when video games were brand new and early so developers must've been trying new things.

Anyone heard of anything?

There were a couple Horse related games on the P.C, but unfortunately I cannot recall any names at the moment. Anyway, they definitely are out there. Also, I remember there was at least one SNES Horse game but I don't think it was released in the U.S.

There are a couple Barbie games for different game stations and the PC:Barbie Horse Adventures in Mystery Ride, Wild Horse Rescue and Blue Ribbon Race and I think maybe a couple more. There is also a Disney Princesses game, and a Lets Ride series. I've also seen a couple TB Racing games. Some of them are better than others. You can also probably anticipate a set based on the SIM Horseland this fall as part of their mass production of not online items such as DVDs and books and clothing.

I can tell you straight off the hop, I won't be playing any Barbie games. I'm just looking for regular one that a general sports fan would play (not that a lot of people would buy it really). But I'd be one of the few I guess you could say.

Here are some of the Horse Racing Games I found, I hope you would like even just one of them.

"Final Stretch" is the Horse Race simulation that I would like to recommend. Its like playing Need For Speed but you are riding a horse instead of a car.

Here are some of the screenshots:

That looks like a nice game. I have been playing car racing and I always strive to win in order to get money and buy the accessories for my car. Or better yet I could buy a new car for my races. I hope this is the same with this kind of game wherein I could collect different kinds of horses for my races.
