Greetings
Hi,
I live in New England in the US. I started riding when I was 11 and am now 27. I've done western, dressage, eventing, hunter/jumper, jumpers, some driving (the Heinz hitch is love), as well as therapeutic volunteering. I started training and giving lessons at 17, along with being the weekend barn manager for Saturdays. I almost went to college for equine science, but couldn't find one which felt right, so I went for chemistry instead. Been trying to find the time to get back to it ever since. My favorite breed is the Percheron. I aspire to adopt a nice PMU foal some day and train it up myself. Sure would beat the TBs I used to help break and train. I'm looking forward to meeting other horse people, as I've still got plenty to learn. |
