Favorite Place To Go Riding

Where I grew up the best place to go had to be the Short Hills. It is a small area in the Niagara Region that is a jumble of small hills winding roads, streams and trails. Great outdoors yet not to far from anything either.

Lol, I was thinking Short Hills, NJ? All they have is a huge mall full of snotty people

My favorite has always been the beach. I've only had the opportunity a couple times but it was tons of fun each time.

My favorite is a quiet forest path. If you are quiet enough you can walk right past the wildlife without scaring them. It's so peaceful. I'm lucky to have one nearby that I use regularily.

Oh, I bet riding on the beach is just wonderful!

I enjoy riding along wooded paths. We have some not far from here, national forest, it's beautiful and peaceful. Even nice in the rain!

Although I don't have much opportunity, I'd say that riding on the beach is my distinct favorite. The horse even seems to enjoy it more than I do.

I love the beach too. Riding in an inch or two of water with the warm sunshine in your face. It just can't be topped.

My favorite place to ride is out in the open pasture. I think my horse is most relaxed in this environment and I'd like to think she enjoys it as much as I do.
