Exercise Routine

Do any owners have a specific routine you take your horses through to make sure they have the proper exercise. I can vouch that I don't excise as much as I should, but I would like to think these horses are not always just left to their own to get a workout. So what do you do to help make sure your horse(s) stay in shape?

I always take my horse for a ride every day or every other day. She is really a healthy horse.

Horses are more exercise than their riders do, well that is just on my part. When I don't ride them, we just let them lose on the ranch and they just run whenever they like.
