Do You Know Toxic Weeds in Your Pasture?
If you saw a weed in your field would you know if it was toxic or not? Do you remember to regularly check the pasture and fields for toxic weeds and not just assume they aren't there sicne there have never been any before?

Yes we check and recently found that although the pasture was ok, there was a poisonous weed entangled with my tomato vines! I hadn't even noticed it growing there-and it was amongst the gourds too.
So we'll be checking more often now to make sure it doesn't spread. |

I must confess I have never really thought about toxic weeds and, no, I would not recognize them. I am still saving to move next summer to the country. I will be purchasing my first horse then. This is something I will have to put on my list of things to check out before purchasing a piece of land.
