Recommendations for more info?

One thing I have learned here is that I have a LOT to learn about horses still. Can anyone give me some recommendations on books that I could read or websites that offer the best information on the care and history of horses?

Any of the encyclopedias, big books of, etc have pretty well accepted information for the raising, keeping, etc of horses. I'm not sure how many horse keeping/stable management books are out there but they probably don't vary too much either. Most of your variation will be in the training of horses not the other stuff.
