Camping with a horse

Does anyone know of any campsites that cater to horse lovers? Maybe something with a stall for the horse and riding trails or beaches to ride the horse on. It would be a nice idea to have one.

I have not seen ones you can take your horse too, just the normal ones that already have their own horses that you rent for the day and so on. Where do you reside, have you looked any up online?

Have you thought about just going camping in a public area rather than a campsite? Could that suit your needs-just camping on a trail that you already know allows horses?

I never thought of going to a public site. There are a good number of logging trails here. I'm in Seattle and visit BC a lot. I don't have my horse anymore but am planning on getting another soon. I'm looking at one right now. I've never combined my two loves (horses and camping) before though.

I have never attemped to go camping with my horse, and I have never so much as tried looking into it before either.

What I can tell you is that I imagine there should be at least a few camp grounds out there which will suit your needs, although I can not say which ones.

Best of luck though!
