Are there any resources on how to build a stable?

The stable that came with our property is getting too small for our growing herd of horses and I was wondering if anyone knew of any resources on how to start building a stable? I'm kind of thinking of a Stables for dummies kind of thing. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can go to your local hardware store and see if they have kits for a horse barn. Here, you get all the materials and plans for a single price. You could also have a company come out and build one. And don't just look for stables. Any barn can be turned into a stable for horses.

If you do a google seach there will be some do it yourself guides. I am unsure of how in depth you are looking for. With a little more info I may be able to suggest a more specific site.

Before you start the process you will need to decide on the type and design of the stable you want. Next thing is to check if you need additional permit to construct another stable on your property.
