Appaloosa colours

Could someone please help me understand the different coat patterns in appaloosa? I know that there's leopard, blanket, snowflake and others, but I'm not sure what the difference is between the snowflake and the blanket.

Sometimes the only difference is some country breeder trying to make their common horse sound exciting. I do however have a bookmark that I use to separate the differences that might help:
