Amazing Story

This pony had her leg amputated after it was mauled by a dog, and now has a metal leg. I've never heard of this in horses before! |

This is definitely something new to me as well, and I like to think of myself as being rather knowledgeable too!!!

Wonderful story! I had often wondered why this sort of thing didn't happen more often, but now that I see that the amputation was fairly low on the leg-I am sure that helped. Had it been higher, it would have been harder.
I hope she is doing well! |
