I'm not sure that you'd have to live in Virginia to do this or not but it's interesting. I think it's wonderful that they give people the opportunity to handle and care for one of these beautiful creatures. I've always thought the mustang herds were the last little bit of the wild west still to be found. Link to full story is below quote for those who are interested.
