Willow your pics look great! Actually they all do!
I do know a little about taking pictures of Arabians. Which of course is not easy. Not only do you have to worry about the foot placement but the neck has to be just right, the ears forward and it's considered an insult to photograph an Arabian with their tail down. Add in their high-strung nature and you can see the problem. But here's a few tricks I use:
1. Get a helper to place the feet...you must be able to see all 4 legs from the side..Arabians are trained to stand square so they tend not to like their front feet uneven.
2. Have your helper hold up a strange object or toy just beyond the camera...nothing too scary..just enough to get her attention and prick those ears forward, widen the eyes and flare the nostrils.
3. Be sure to have some vaseline handy...put some around the eyes, muzzle and nostrils....and...ah..I know this sounds gross but a litte on the shall we say bottom hole will cause your girl or guy to keep that tail lifted.
